Promise
Identify the relevant public commitment, policy or representation.
Independent investigation
This is the central question guiding Inside MECCA. The investigation compares public workplace commitments with first-hand employee experiences, supporting information, public records and the company’s response. It does not assume either alignment or failure before the evidence is assessed.
Accountability framework
Identify the relevant public commitment, policy or representation.
Record what contributors directly experienced or witnessed.
Assess whether experiences align, differ or cannot fairly be compared.
Test whether any gap recurs independently across locations, roles or periods.
Give MECCA a fair opportunity to explain, dispute or provide further evidence.
State only what the total evidence supports, including uncertainty and limitations.
Document review · 2024 guidebook
A supplied development guidebook describes a five-step, manager-supported process involving agreed priorities, SMART goals, documented activities, regular review, feedback and time for development. The next question is whether employees experienced that process in practice.
Document status: contributor-supplied copy. It has not been independently authenticated. Its contents are treated as a stated policy source, not proof of implementation.
